The ZEO personal sleep coach is an insomnia-curing device featuring a SmartWake alarm clock and SoftWave sensor-equipped headband. Users wear the headband as they sleep, during which it collects data pertaining to their sleeping habits and then transmits it to the bedside display.

Users can then access all their personal sleep information through a wide selection of available features: Sleep  Graph, ZQ, Total Z, etc. (see below for further information). Included also is an SD card, with which users can transfer their data onto a PC for an even more advanced analysis at myZeo with Sleep Tools, a Sleep Journal, and a Personal Coaching Section. The entire program is based off ZEO’s 7 Step Sleep Fitness Program, which guides and motivates users toward conquering their insomnia.
