Back Stretcher and Ab Trainer
$89.00
The Pros:Solid construction, nothing feels flimsy or breakable. Assembly is fast and painless, no expertise required. Low footprint fits in a smaller room.
The Cons:Usage instructions aren't very easy to understand. Assembly instructions make it seem more complicated than it is.
There are probably a lot of people in your life who could use a solid back stretcher. The unique rubber rolls are reminiscent of a spine, allowing you to move fluidly and be cradled by the soft foam. The machine allows you to realign your spine, stretch out and decompress.
As an added bonus, the equipment also doubles as an ab trainer, giving you two great uses in one machine.

Erik:
#back_stretcher_and_ab_trainer Nice. I'm constantly using the furniture around the house to contort and decompress after a day behind the computer. This looks like it could work. Looks slightly on the side of a torture device, though.
